At this time of electing new board officers, we need everyone to consider in what capacity they will volunteer next year.  We need people to fill the following committees.

Fundraising
Work under the guidance of the 1st VP with to implement fundraising activities throughout the year.

Trip Coordination
Assist the director in researching and coordinating the annual trip, working with the festival/travel company with schedules and reservations, organizing paperwork from the trip company and the students.

Uniforms
Keep uniforms organized, keep records of numbered and help issue them to students. Check uniforms have all been returned cleaned at end of year.

Membership
Organizes information of each member, such as name, address, phone numbers, e-mail address, for use by director and board officers.

Scholarships
Prepares packet to be given to Seniors eligible for scholarship, confirms eligibility with counselors.

Banquet
Obtain venue, plan meal, and decorate for banquet.

Publicity
Works with local media to advertise concerts, fundraisers and special accomplishments.

Historian/Photographer
Document years events with picture, organize for scrap booking and a DVD, provide pictures to Publicity.

Grant/Donation Solicitation
Solicits donations from corporations, research and apply for available grants.
