- Next year will be the best year of your life. You’re most past all the wrong notes and I think freshman year is when your tone improves the most. You will be amazed at how well you play and meet some awesome new people along the way. I can tell you, my first year in high school was amazing and fun.

- In orchestra you have to make sure that you practice. If you don’t, you will fall behind. Always have to make sure you come to sectionals.
|
|
- Never doubt your abilities or what you are capable of. Orchestra is fun. Never be afraid to make a mistake. Remember that you are human!
Have fun & good luck!

- Coming into orchestra, you should expect to work hard and have a lot of fun. Trust me it is a lot easier to do it right the first time and then you will be rewarded.

- Your middle school experience will be much different than your high school. You must work hard
and practice to compete, and treat orchestra like a family.
- Play out, be confident, practice often, work hard,
do your best and have fun!
|
- If your struggling, start slow and work it through and practice, practice, practice!
